Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• The full order amount will be refunded to the original payment method used during purchase.

Orders Already Shipped 

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled. 

If you no longer wish to keep the product after delivery, you may submit a return request in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, provided the product satisfies the applicable return eligibility conditions.

To ensure timely processing and dispatch, we are unable to modify an order after it has been successfully placed.
